By using MatchWorky, you accept these terms to ensure clear, safe, and predictable usage for companies and candidates.

1. Platform usage

The platform is intended for hiring teams that want to structure initial interviews with AI support.

It is not allowed to use the service for data collection without legal basis, abusive content, or any activity violating applicable law.

2. Accounts and access

Each company account is responsible for managing admin access and credential security.

We recommend regular review of panel users and immediate revocation of access that is no longer required.

3. Interview data

Data collected during interviews belongs to the customer creating the role and should follow their internal hiring policy.

MatchWorky processes data to provide screening, analysis, and reporting features, without parallel commercial use of that data.

4. Availability and support

We work to ensure high availability, but occasional interruptions may happen for maintenance, updates, or incident mitigation.
