We do not collect sensitive information unless there is an objective need for the candidate process configured by the customer.

2. Processing purposes

Data is used to run interviews, show results in the admin dashboard, and enable structured candidate comparison.

We also use technical data for security, abuse prevention, and platform stability improvements.

3. Retention and deletion

Data remains available for the period defined by each customer, respecting legal obligations and legitimate hiring needs.

On request, records can be deleted or historical data can be anonymized when no longer needed for hiring decisions.

4. Data subject rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and portability under applicable law.

Privacy requests can be submitted through the contact page and are routed for response within a reasonable timeframe.
